The American Cochlear Implant Alliance is a not-for-profit membership organization created with the purpose of eliminating barriers to cochlear implantation by sponsoring research, driving heightened awareness and advocating for improved access to cochlear implants for patients of all ages across the US. ACI Alliance members are clinicians, scientists, educators, and others on cochlear implant teams as well as parent and consumer advocates. An annual meeting for professional members is convened.
The CI2020 Scientific Program committee will assemble an exciting robust program, offering a variety of keynote lectures, panel discussions, and podium and poster presentations discussing research on cochlear implant and other implantable technologies across the age continuum.
Anticipated session topics include SSD Surgery and Device, Intelligent Mapping in Expanded Indication Subjects, EAS in Adults, Beyond Speech Perception, Increasing CI Market Penetration and much more!CME and CEU credits will be provided for this activity.

Scholarships: Student Scholarships are offered annually by the American Cochlear Implant Alliance. Visit the ACI Alliance website to complete the Scholarship Application. Application are due December 13. 2019.
The Call for Abstracts for CI2020 International is closed.
The abstract submission deadline was Friday, September 27, 2019 at 11:59pm ET.
The Scientific Program Chairs encourage submission of your scientific contributions for presentation at the meeting. The program will include international podium and poster sessions presenting research on cochlear implants and other implantable technologies across the age continuum. All presenters of papers and posters are required to register for CI2020 and are responsible for their own travel expenses.
The Program Committee has the responsibility to review and rank all abstracts that are submitted. Abstracts will be considered for both Podium and Poster Presentations. Email notifications will be sent to the corresponding author.
A Student Poster Competition will be held for those enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or resident program. An academic advisor or another university official must verify student/resident status. Students may enter a poster abstract for the competition as part of the CI2020 Call for Abstracts.

Special group rates for this meeting are $269 (single or double) per night plus tax and a daily discounted resort fee of $10. Basic guest room internet is included in the group rate. Space is limited and reservations received after Monday, February 17, 2020, or after the room block fills, are subject to rate and space availability. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival or guests who fail to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax.
The conference is accessible to people with hearing loss. All sessions on Wednesday-Saturday morning will have real-time captioning in English.
