Registration Deadline: Registrations must be received by January 21, 2020 at 11:59 pm CT to receive the Early Bird registration rate. Online registration at the Late Rate will be available up to and during the meeting. Onsite registration will also be available during the hours listed below.
Note regarding Unauthorized Registration and Housing Services: It has come to our attention there are companies operating on the internet claiming to offer registration and housing services for ACI Alliance Meetings. These companies are not affiliated with the American Cochlear Implant Alliance and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive e-mails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register for the meeting(s). Registration and housing should only be accessed from the ACI Alliance website or CI2020 International website. Housing reservations should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Membership: If you are not currently a member and wish to join to receive the discounted registration rate, please go to the American Cochlear Implant Alliance website at www.acialliance.org and click on the Join Us tab. Professionals who are members either through their Organization or as an Individual Professional Member may receive the discount. Up to 10 individuals from each Member Organization will receive the discounted registration rate. Please note that Consumer Members are not eligible for the discounted registration.
Confirmations: Formal confirmations will be sent to all attendees within 10 business days of receipt.
Substitution: Substitution of one individual to another is not permitted.
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received on or before Friday, February 7, 2020. There is a $50 handling fee for all refunds and returned checks. Cancellations and registrations postmarked after the deadline date will not be eligible for refunds.
