Registration Deadline: Registrations must be received by January 21, 2020 at 11:59 pm CT to receive the Early Bird registration rate. Online registration at the Late Rate will be available up to and during the meeting. Onsite registration will also be available during the hours listed below.

Note regarding Unauthorized Registration and Housing Services: It has come to our attention there are companies operating on the internet claiming to offer registration and housing services for ACI Alliance Meetings. These companies are not affiliated with the American Cochlear Implant Alliance and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive e-mails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register for the meeting(s). Registration and housing should only be accessed from the ACI Alliance website or CI2020 International website. Housing reservations should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Registration Policies

Membership: If you are not currently a member and wish to join to receive the discounted registration rate, please go to the American Cochlear Implant Alliance website at and click on the Join Us tab. Professionals who are members either through their Organization or as an Individual Professional Member may receive the discount. Up to 10 individuals from each Member Organization will receive the discounted registration rate. Please note that Consumer Members are not eligible for the discounted registration.

Confirmations: Formal confirmations will be sent to all attendees within 10 business days of receipt.

Substitution: Substitution of one individual to another is not permitted.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received on or before Friday, February 7, 2020. There is a $50 handling fee for all refunds and returned checks. Cancellations and registrations postmarked after the deadline date will not be eligible for refunds.

Statement Regarding Coronavirus (Updated 2/11/2020)

ACI Alliance is monitoring the continuing developments with the Coronavirus via the various national health organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). We want to assure anyone planning to attend the CI2020 Meeting that safety and security is our top priority.

We are following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding travel and event management. We encourage attendees to monitor the CDC website for additional information and follow the WHO's Travel Advice as they consider their travel arrangements to CI2020 Meeting, as well as its recommendations for protecting themselves from infection.
